Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate the Dr. Dish shooting machine before training sessions, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on the shooting machine to ensure proper functionality and address any issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot technical problems with the equipment and implement solutions to minimize downtime
• Train coaches and players on how to use the shooting machine effectively, providing tips and techniques to maximize training benefits.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to develop customized training programs using the shooting machine to target specific skills and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in basketball training technology and incorporate new tools and techniques into our training programs.
• Assist with other basketball operations tasks as needed, including facility maintenance and event coordination

Qualifications

• Passion for basketball and a strong understanding of basketball training principles.
• Technical proficiency in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting electronic equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support coaches and players
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate training schedules and events.
