PAYMENT POLICY:

If you book a session and reserve a time slot, payment must be made immediately before checking out. HOOP HOUSE ORLANDO reserves the right to cancel any session or reservation at any given time without notice.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS:

If you need to cancel your session or reservation, it must be done within 2 HOURS of your scheduled session / reservation time. Hoop House Orlando will either refund you 100% of your money or reschedule to a new session / reservation time if available. HOOP HOUSE ORLANDO reserves the right to cancel any session or reservation at any given time without notice.

If you cancel your session / reservation under 2 hours or less, Hoop House Orlando reserves the right to NOT refund for your session. If you are a NO SHOW to your scheduled session / reservation, you will forfeit your payment to Hoop House Orlando 100%.

USE OF FACILITIES

Members have access to the facilities during operating hours. Non-members must have a valid booking or day pass. All users must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by the staff. Hoop House Orlando is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety protocols. Members and guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the facilities and dispose of waste properly.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Hoop House Orlando website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hoop House Orlando and is protected by copyright laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the website for personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
